Integration tests and a shared issue register make gaps visible before production cutover. Your IT team gains a clear escalation route and an accountable coordinator for actions that can otherwise fall between vendors.

We can deliver this agreed project with or without an internal IT department, working directly with your leadership and vendors or alongside your IT staff. Your leadership approves key decisions; application vendors retain responsibility for their application configuration and migration tools.
