Working with your IT department and selected CMS vendor, we can manage the full IT and casino management system (CMS) project for a conversion, upgrade, or replacement. Together, we establish the scope, delivery schedule, responsibilities, procurement plan, and acceptance criteria, then convert CMS vendor specifications into infrastructure requirements covering compute, storage, networking, endpoint readiness, interfaces, and access. We coordinate data migration requirements and validation with the application vendor, manage environment preparation, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment windows, and track issues across all IT workstreams. Cutover plans identify decision points, rollback steps, and go-live support. The CMS vendor remains responsible for application configuration and its migration tools; we can manage the overall IT and CMS project with your team, including vendor dependencies, stabilization, documentation, and operational handover.
We can deliver this agreed project with or without an internal IT department, working directly with your leadership and vendors or alongside your IT staff. Your leadership approves key decisions; application vendors retain responsibility for their application configuration and migration tools.
Together with your IT leadership and CMS vendor, we establish one coordinated IT plan covering vendor requirements, infrastructure readiness, application and data dependencies, testing, cutover approvals, rollback, go-live support, and handover. We can track the work through acceptance with your IT leadership and CMS vendor.
